Episode 13 – Hinch Distillery Company -Michael Morris

In this episode, International Sales director for the Hinch Distillery, Michael Morris, at Japan's world renowned, food and drink's exhibition, Foodex.  In Japan, Michael took the time to sit down with us and talk us through their new brand that is launching globally with five new whiskeys, that cross the malt, blends and single pot still categories. This is an exciting new entrant for the Irish market as this marks the first sourced single pot still whiskey to enter the Irish market.

Episode 7 – Dick Mack’s Dingle – Finn Mac Donnell

Dick Mack's Pub in Dingle, County Kerry, is a traditional pub in, what is, the most Westerly town in Europe. While this seems like an unlikely location for a whiskey pilgrimage site, Dick Mack's, under the guidance of Finn Mac Donnell (and a helping hand from Peter White), has become one of Ireland's leading whiskey watering holes.

It was here that we sat down over a taoscán with the youngest Head Distiller in Ireland, Michael Walsh.
