Earlier in October of this year, we brought you the story of a first for Irish whiskey, which took the form of a Single Malt whiskey that was fully matured in Hungarian Virgin Oak casks, released under the Dingle Distillery’s Founding Father’s program. Glendalough Pot Still – A Must Buy

Glendalough have been busy in the last few months releasing a myriad of whiskeys, each more exciting than the last, its hard to know which way to look.
